Identification at reception
💡 In plain English: Bring your valid original identity document.Club reception verifies your identity and age before deciding on admission under the club’s statutes. Present an original, valid, physical official identity document accepted by the social club.
💡 In plain English: The details on your pass must match.Reception compares the name on your pass with your original document and checks your age and identity in person. The pre-registration form on the Home page asks only for basic contact details, the social club and the stated declarations. If any details need correcting, reception will explain how to complete verification.
Accepted official documents and formats
💡 In plain English: Check which identity documents your social club accepts.Participating social clubs in Madrid and Mallorca consider the following documents, subject to their admission criteria rather than a universal legal requirement. Documents must be valid and allow your identity to be checked using a recognisable photograph:
- Spanish national identity card (DNI) or foreign national identity card (TIE): Present the original physical document. An NIE is an identification number, not an identity card; an NIE certificate alone does not replace an identity document.
- Passport: The standard identity document for foreign visitors, particularly those from outside the European Union.
- Driving licence: Present the original, valid official licence if it is among the documents accepted by the social club.
- Checks use the valid physical original, not photocopies, photographs or screenshots.
Personal data processing and privacy

The Crew’s digital pre-registration pass is the first official step in its membership application process and gives you priority at the participating social club’s reception desk to help speed up in-person verification, without guaranteeing admission. The club must manage its membership register in accordance with the GDPR and applicable law. Its privacy information must explain who processes your data, for what purpose and on what legal basis, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
Educational information, not individualised legal advice. “Official” refers to The Crew’s own pre-registration process, not government authorisation. Collaboration and reception priority are service terms stated by The Crew; the club retains the final admission decision.
