Visitor pre-registration: The Crew lets you prepare a browser-generated pass for presentation at reception. The pass does not confirm receipt of your request, constitute a booking or membership registration, or guarantee admission.
When you submit the pre-registration form, its data is securely transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection to Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), an external technical processor, exclusively to manage visitor pre-registration, coordinate informational visits to club premises and provide user support. The pass is generated locally in your browser.
The browser may retain information through autofill, session restoration or extensions. PDFs, printouts and screenshots may retain visible data. WhatsApp is an optional external contact channel subject to its own privacy terms. The prepared message includes the selected social club, not the other form fields.
The Crew is the service brand. The person legally responsible for the service and the data controller is Laura Dileth Villasmil Portillo, NIE Z1782732F. Legal enquiries and data protection requests can be sent to thecrew.cannabisculture@gmail.com.
